I came up inside one of the country's top growth agencies — and left to do the work the way it should be done: a limited number of clients a year, direct with me, at a fraction of agency cost.
Where I come from
For years I was inside one of the country's top experiment-led growth agencies — the kind that runs conversion programs for national brands. My job was making digital experiences actually convert: test it, measure it, tie it to real revenue, not vanity metrics.
I also saw the other side: huge retainers for campaigns that didn't convert, junior teams learning on the client's dime, and months of process around a week of real work. So I went independent — same caliber, none of the machinery.
I take on a limited number of clients each year, and you work directly with me. The same person researches your business, builds the site, writes the copy, and picks up when you call. Most small-business sites are never built with conversion rigor. Yours will be.
I've sat inside the $10–20k agencies. Slow, junior-staffed, and quick to ship work that doesn't actually convert.
So this is the opposite. I take on clients I can genuinely partner with — I dig into your business, find where the leads and the leverage really are, and build tools that earn their keep. I'm not a narrow specialist who fumbles everything outside one lane. I've worked every layer — from on-site desktop repair and sysadmin, up through databases, data analysis, project management, security, and AI.
That's the whole point: I see how your website, your data, your automation, and your growth actually connect. Nothing falls through the cracks between specialists — because there's no hand-off, and no crack to fall through.

So everything is documented, backed up, and yours: your site, your code, your accounts, your content. If we ever part ways, you leave with all of it and a clean hand-off — no hostage sites, no "pay us to touch your own thing." That's the security-and-controls rigor I've practiced for years — pointed at your business, not an enterprise budget.
