More nonprofit discounts worth claiming

A few smaller ones that add up, especially if your team is already paying for these:

Eligibility, pricing, and application steps are set by each provider and change over time. This guide reflects what's publicly documented as of 2026 — always confirm current terms on the provider's own page before applying.

Before you apply

A few things worth knowing.

Do we need to be a registered 501(c)(3) to qualify?

Most of them, yes. Google Ad Grants, Google for Nonprofits, Microsoft's nonprofit offers, Canva for Nonprofits, and TechSoup all require official charitable registration — a U.S. 501(c)(3) determination letter, or the equivalent recognized status elsewhere. TechSoup verifies this once, and several other programs accept that verification instead of making you prove it again.

Can we get the Google Ad Grant without Google for Nonprofits?

No. Google for Nonprofits is the account the Ad Grant activates inside, so it has to be set up and verified first. Budget time for both steps — Google for Nonprofits validation typically takes 2 to 14 business days, then Ad Grants review on top of that.

How long does it take to claim all of this?

Plan for four to eight weeks if you're starting from zero, mostly spent waiting on verification. The tools themselves — Workspace, Canva, TechSoup discounts — usually activate within days once your organization is verified.

Does any of this replace paying for a website?

No — these are software and ad budget, not a website. The Ad Grant specifically requires a compliant, high-quality site before Google will approve it, which is usually where organizations get stuck.

Where we come in

The Ad Grant needs a site that qualifies.

We build donation-ready nonprofit sites that meet Google's requirements from day one — then activate and manage the grant so it stays active.
